Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this complaint to bring to your notice that I have not received the refund for my order Order ID: PM1570565979, placed through Palmonas .The refund was promised after the return/complaint process was initiated; however, it has now been over one month, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the refund amount nor any proper response from the company.
The details are as follows:

Date of Order: 7th october
Product Details: ring
Refund Amount: 2615/-
Expected Refund Date: 7 days
I have made several attempts to contact the customer care team regarding this issue, but no resolution or update has been provided to date. This has caused me financial inconvenience and mental stress.
Therefore, I kindly request the Hon’ble Commission to take necessary action against the concerned company and direct them to:
Immediately process my pending refund.
Compensate for the delay and inconvenience caused.
I am enclosing copies of all relevant documents such as the order invoice, refund request communication, and any screenshots of correspondence for your reference.
