This is to bring to your attention the highly disappointing and unprofessional experience I am facing regarding the relocation of my Jio Fiber connection.

Please note that the relocation is within the same area, and as per your representative Mr. Ajit (Mobile: 8769989898), the same connection can be shifted to my new flat without any fresh documentation or new connection process. However, despite several follow-ups, there has been no action from his end.

Mr. Ajit has not only made false commitments but has also been completely unresponsive. I have called him more than 100 times, and he has consistently ignored my calls. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism in Jio’s field operations.

We trusted Jio over other service providers like Airtel, believing in your brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction. However, this experience has been utterly frustrating and has shaken that trust.

I request you to immediately intervene and confirm whether Jio can provide the connection at my new flat or not. If this is the standard of service and customer handling, I will be left with no option but to escalate this matter further.

It is extremely disappointing to note that despite multiple follow-ups, my issue regarding the relocation and restoration of my Jio Fiber connection still remains unresolved.
Can someone at Jio please take ownership of this case, revert immediately, and ensure that my connection is restored without further delay?
It’s surprising and disappointing that even after so many escalations, no one has had the basic courtesy to respond.

Kindly treat this as urgent and confirm the status of my service restoration at the earliest.
