I ordered the phone through Flipkart and the phone had a scratch on the INSIDE of the camera lens. But the Service centre refuses to replace the phone and offers only to repair the phone. Which is unacceptable because the phone should be replaced in case of manufacturing defects for a period of 7 days. Motorola is violating their own legal promise. As a customer who has paid money for a defective product, I have the right to get full refund and additional compensation gor the troubles or a replacement with a brand new phone.
