On 25th July 2025, I had placed an order via the blinkit online app for a sum total of ₹392. I had opted for the cash on delivery option Once the delivery agent arrived (NAME - MALLIKARJUN) he displayed the qr code on his blinkit application, to which I did the payment. However it did not reflect in his mobile and told me to do it again. On checking I saw the amount had been debited from my account. He assured me that the refund will be made within 24hrs and forced me to do another payment. He even gave me a number claiming that it was his "manager" but turned out to be another worker/agent.
They don't even have a customer care number
The app only shows an option to provide feedback for the order and an email id where u can send any concern.
I haven't received any proper response from their side regarding the issue
