Hello team,
I purchased a silver bracelet from Shaya in 2021. I wore 1-2 times and on my second wear recently in September 2025, the entire bracelet broke down (attached image). I went to Shaya store in HSR Layout, Benaglore and even reached out to customer care over phone. I was told that it cannot be repaired (even at an additional cost). I requested for exchange (since silver is a precious material) and purchase some other jewelery at a similar price bracket, as per recent silver prices. I was denied that also.
I have attached few WhatsApp conversations with Shaya representative as well as the repair policy as mentioned in their website.
