Hello Sir/Madam, I recently used Porter App(packers and movers) to shift to a new home. While they were bringing the fridge they hit the wall and it got a dent on the side. I enquired how much it will cost to fix the dent, Samsung service people said, it will be fixed under 6000 rupees. Now Porter has insurance upto 1 lac. Porter is denying me the insurance because vendor has shared an edited photo of the fridge which has no dent. Need help
