My name is Deepika and I am a regular customer of Meesho which is an online shopping website and I usually order many products from them. I ordered a pair of shoes on 26th October 2025 and it was delivered on 4th November 2025. When we received the product box it was damaged and seemed to be opened on the way but as I didnt face any problem before from Meesho so I didnt bother about the damaged box as I thought it would be damaged due to other heavy products while in transit but when I opened the box ,the product was totally different in colour and size which disappointed me first and I raised a return request but when delivery boy came to collect the order he refused to take it back as he said that it fails in quality check because of different colour in the picture and size which you ordered I told him that is the only reason why I am returning this product but he refused and then I called to customer care to meesho they also refused to help me in this case...the matter is not about money but about the harrasment which a customer faces in front of delivery boy and other neighbours when he/she comes to return the product. I even paid some amount extra whenever I order something because they have a policy if I pay some extra money I will be able to return product with any kind of issue but they didnt listen to me and even they have not mentioned anywhere that if the product fails in quality check they will not return it. How is customer responsible if he/she receives a wrong product?
