Inverter not working and company not responding within the guarantee period

My family bought one Inverter (Maxlion 1000VA) from Genus Innovation Ltd on 28-12-2024.

After few months usage, this Inverter not working properly and registered complaints by mail (Email ID # customer.care@genusinnovation.com on 25/10/2025) and customer service number (Number # +91 9667123456).

Phone complaints booked on 31-10-2025 (Registered complaints number # SR251031229) and they told me, they will arrange person for servicing this Inverter within 2-3 working days. After that no response from their side and 2-3 days before approached them through their customer care number and they told, your place is Kerala and gave me their senior officer number Mr. Ram Kishor (Mob # +91 8306996700) and never he responded to our call.

My husband used whatsapp for contacting their senior officer Mr. Ram Kishor and informed him about this problem and not received any response. Continuously contacting him over the phone, not attending our call and only reading our whatsapp messages.

Kindly requesting you to take necessary action against this fraudulent companies.
