I'm a 5g jio consumer. I'm suffering for a slow network since 2024 . I have been calling the jio customer care for 1 year for the better network and speed network. But they are always saying that within 3-7 days problem will be resolved. But problem doesn't resolve till now . I recharge my phone 999/- for 3 months but couldn't use . kindly give a legal notice to resolve my problem.I am common village man .my village people is also suffering from this problem.
