My name is purvi shah . I am based in London and my parents in Mumbai . Since we have wedding in family and we coming India in Dec , I ordered 11 Chaniya choli and one saree from Instagram and facebook . Site name is called Heer countour ,
Person name is Hemant Gurjar. Address is Gallops industry park 1 , Bavla , Ahemdabad , Gujarat 382220 . Phone number 7340186769 , 7728079790 . We paid 25000 rs on 31st October via remitly and waiting for order which they promised to deliver by 2nd Nov . I was chasing every day from 2nd till 7th , no one was answering the phone .
They have another branch in MUMBAI , which is called Trisha Manufacturing Hub , phone : 8209487447. Person name Nitin Kumar singh , address : 122/7 new prabhadevi road , RBI colony , prabhadevi, mumbai , 401101
When I called him today , he is saying that pay 21,000 rs more and then only we will release goods . It is total scam , when I searched more on these two company , they are total fraud and scam company , taking money from customers .
I would like to raise FIR against them and need my money back
I have attached the evidence of all conversation between me and this company . This is how people do business in india , scammers
