I had taken an internet connection from Excitel Broadband and paid a refundable security deposit of ₹2000 at the time of installation. I later discontinued the service and returned the router/device to the company representative. It has now been more than 90 days since I returned the device, but I have still not received my refund.
I have contacted Excitel customer care and the local service provider multiple times. Every time I am only asked to wait with no proper explanation or written update. The company has failed to follow its own refund policy and is causing unnecessary delay, mental stress, and waste of time.
I request the concerned authority to kindly intervene and direct Excitel Broadband to refund my ₹2000 security deposit immediately, along with suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused.
