Hi sir,
I am facing a gross deficiency in service from Ola Electric regarding my S1 Pro (1st Gen). I submitted the scooter on June 21, 2025, due to a critical safety issue—abnormal range drops.
It has been over 5 months, and they still possess my vehicle. Despite multiple physical visits, emails, and calls, they refuse to give me a reason for the delay or an expected delivery timeline.
This has caused me severe mental harassment and financial loss. I depend on this vehicle for my daily commute to my job. For 5 months, I have struggled with alternative transport, causing immense stress and disrupting my professional life. I need help in this case.
