Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order from AJIO.
Order Details:
Order ID: FN1039609237
Product Name: Ladies Carlton London Sandals
Order Date: 24/10/2025
Delivery Date: 29/10/2025 (as per AJIO App but not received)
Registered Mobile/Email: 9870032646 swetaniten@gmail.com
On receiving the delivery, I found that the package contained only an empty box — the ordered sandals were missing. I immediately launched a complaint through the AJIO app, attaching photos of the package as proof. However, your customer support team denied my claim without conducting a proper investigation, which I find unacceptable.
Please note:
I have been a loyal customer and have never faced such issues with other platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
As per Consumer Protection Act, 2019, this qualifies as “Deficiency in Service” and “Unfair Trade Practice”, as the product paid for was not delivered.
I am retaining all evidence including the empty box, delivery slip, complaint reference numbers, and communication with your team.
I request AJIO to:
Initiate an immediate investigation into the delivery incident, and
Refund the full amount or send a replacement of the ordered item within 7 business days.
If this issue is not resolved within the above timeframe, I will be constrained to escalate the matter by filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000 / www.consumerhelpline.gov.in
) and the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
Kindly treat this as urgent.
