Dear Sir/Madam, I'm Gouri Sankar Adha from At/Po-Lephripara City-Sundargarh State-Odisha.I order online from a seller(tamilnadu) "Live Fish" through The Professional Courier Service on 14/10/2024 It's destination is. My City Courier centre Sundargarh(Odisha).It had arrived Bhubaneswar (Odisha) hub on 19/10/2024 (Saturday). I tried to calling them on 21/10/24 but they did not answer then 22/10/2024 they called me that due to Cyclone "Dana" service is not available for your city but reality is that their service vehicle is working from Bhubaneswar to Sundargarh cause I already contact Sundargarh office number.Then I daily request them for my order but they assured me that they will find my parcel.But they didn't.Later on 28/10/2024 when I asked them for my order they inquired and tell me that either parcel is damaged or they did not found that!! How is this possible??even I calling them for my parcel since 21/1/2024 they should inquired about that.But 29/10/2024 I calling them about parcel and I take legal action them if my parcel is not found but one lady said me that whatever you will do we don't care in hindi.This is The courier service staff behaviour against customer.It proved that they did not care about customer parcel even whatever you order through their service.I email their official email adress but they only assured we will forward this matter to our hub.Since I am suffering mentally and physically since 21/10/2024 due to their negligence I want proper against them and my my refund for harrassing me.
