Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a saving account in Central bank of India in Balives Main Branch Solapur Maharashtra.My account was inactive/freezed due to non transcation/not maintained saving amount between between 2022 - 2025, Now i was Visited to branch and KYC done.But They has charged Per month Rs-50-70 penalty which will total 3 year 7000/- rupees as per RBI Rule they can't charge any penalty after KYC.
Please i will need your help in this matter.
