I am Bappi Chowdhury I have a health insurance with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. Earlier it is with ICICI lambourd health insurance with 5 lace sum insured, i have ported to Bajaj General Health insurance with sum insurance 7.5 lac.

Previous insurance Amount 5 lac
Amount in hance by 2.5 lac
Revise insurance Amount 7.5 Lac
I am working in Nashik as on Account Manager my native place is in Assam, my mother come to Nashik only for treatment (Cataract surgery) with a return ticket. I have submitted cash less pre approval as on 5th of Nov 2025. on dated 6th Nov 2025 Bajaj Health asking for document related to eye surgery perform earlier (one eye which i have claim under ICICI Lambourd) . i have submitted the document as well i informed. till that period Bajaj health send 7 to 8 reminder msg. after submission of document up to 32 hours i don't get any reply. on dated 8th 2 PM get mail regarding claim rejected. in between i have communicated with customer care Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. earlier they reply that approval will get with in 24 hour, and when 24 hour cross they reply approval will provided soon. to connate with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. customer care it will take 10 to 30 munite waiting period.
please help me regarding this, as we have insure for cover. where inception date is 31st march 2017 how can Bajaj health reject my cashless pre approval claim. over and above 5 lac the enhance amount of Rs- 2.5 lac is only applicable for waiting period. please do the needful.
