I wish to lodge a formal grievance against MK Hospital Bhiwani, situated on Rohtak Road. On the 08-11-2025, I sought medical attention at hospital for abdominal discomfort, arriving at approximately nine o'clock. Subsequent to remitting the physician's consultation fee, I was informed that a gastroenterologist was unavailable that day, and that an emergency physician would render a diagnosis. Upon entering the emergency ward, I was redirected to another physician, who then prescribed an array of diagnostic tests, namely a CBC, LFT, KFT, and USG. Upon tendering payment for said tests, I was advised that the USG would be conducted in the evening, between the hours of fifteen hundred and fifteen hundred and thirty. I acquiesced, furnished the requisite samples, and returned to my abode. Upon my return at the appointed hour, the hospital staff informed me that the physician had already departed, rendering the USG unattainable at your facility. Consequently, I was directed to an external ultrasound center, Sanjay Ultrasound Center, where the staff apprised me that the attending physician would not be available for at least half an hour. I elected to return to hospital. I procured a Rapido ride to the hospital and requested a reimbursement. The hospital staff refused to provide any refund. Then i call to 112 for help ( complaint number 9628613 ) and after that they said we will pay 700 only for ultrasound. When i said that my primary test is not done and said rest test are not necessary without my primary test, so i want my full refund 1330 for test 100 for doctor fee total =1430. They complete denay and give only 700. Payment of 1330 make by paytm and rest 100 via cash. I was disturbed mentally and physically by hospital, i burrend my car fuel twice and unwanted rapido charge, so I seek recompense from MK Hospital Bhiwani for the aforementioned inconveniences and monetary losses. I attached necessary document regard my grievance.
