Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my flight booking for five passengers from Kochi to Ahmedabad scheduled for 27 October 2025, made through EaseMyTrip on 18 September 2025.
Due to the unfortunate demise of my mother, I was compelled to cancel all five tickets. Accordingly, I sent an email request for cancellation on 16 October 2025, and, as per your instructions, I have already submitted the necessary supporting documents.
However, despite repeated follow-ups through calls and emails, I have not received any satisfactory response, and the refund has not been processed yet.
I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and initiate the refund for my cancelled tickets at the earliest. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.
