vv bad voice quality for 5 mths also they collected 3 times recharge dont want to return they also gave my debit card details to some one who do on line fraud
i had soo many trouble i send soo many email airtel dont want to compensate me not they give me reply i raise point i gave them all proof also spoke to manager but nothing happen i am still chasing i also told them i take u to consumer court still nothing i live abroad i was in india daman from 17th april till 16th sept 24 i ask my bank to reverse 3 times recharge when i recharge once airtel says we have not received so i did again 3rd time my recharge was done they dont want to refund 2 times recharge even i have cr bal rs 900 approx still they stop my service i have to chase them vv bad service we pay rs 200 pm even when we are abroad to keep our no on when we are in india we dont get good voice call when we complaint they took too long to rectify by that time my time is up to come back to uk if u need any other detail i will provide i have more then 10 email to airtel when they reply they dont even read my email vv strange thanks
