Aadhaar: 7754 0427 5300
Age: Around 70 years
Health Condition: Suffering from cancer and unable to walk due to a previous accident.

The policyholder is in very serious health condition and may not survive for many days.

It has come to my attention that his relatives have changed his Aadhaar card and other identification documents to reduce his age and submit false information. They are planning to fraudulently claim approximately ₹2 crore from multiple life insurance policies.

I request you to immediately investigate this matter and take strict legal action to stop any fraudulent claim.
